Shipping and Return Policy
In-stock merchandise will be processed within 3-5 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Express delivery may be requested for an additional charge. A physical street address is required for delivery, as we do not ship to PO Boxes.
All custom or large items will require approval process through the shop.

Merchandise (excluding clothing & Earrings) must be returned within (30) calendar days of purchase in order to receive a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, merchandise must be returned in its original, unused condition and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
All clothing purchased online must be returned unworn, unwashed and undamaged with original tags within (14) calendar days of purchase to receive a full refund. Earrings are final sale - unless bought online
You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returned merchandise. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 2 weeks for the credit to be applied to your account.
We will gladly exchange an unworn or unused item either through our store front or via mail, please send an email to KembleShop@KembleInteriors.com
